PROJECT PREPARATORY MEETING

18th - 22nd of January 2012

 The meeting took place from Wednesday 18th till Sunday 22nd of January 2012.  The meeting was prepared  for a Comenius School Multilateral Partnership project. The topics of our proposed project are connected with Culture, Art, Traditions and Education into the „Cultural heritage as a modeler of European identity”.

Description of our partnership - D.4. RESULTS AND OUTCOMES

1st year

 

 

 

 

SEP 2012 : Acceptation the contract and preparing the project (all the schools). Commutation about the ideas and giving information through e-mails (all the schools). 

OCT 2012 : Logo for our project (made by Polish school). Preparing the common website (made by Greek school). Informing the local community and the associated partners about the project (all the schools).

NOV 2012 : Preparing the 1st meeting (all the schools). List with the secondary objectives (all the schools).  Starting the workshops in sections with the pupils (all the schools). 

  DEC 2012 : Holidays – celebrations – school events calendar (all the schools). All the above works are prepared for the first meting within the frame of National Identity, geography and communication. Results - Evaluation – report of the 1st meeting (all the schools).

JAN 2013 : Preparing posters with historical places, postcards and photos for the 2nd meeting in Latvia (all the schools). All the above works are prepared for the second meeting in the frame of historical memory and art – craft area, geography and communication.

FEB 2013 : Results - Evaluation – report of the 2nd meeting (all the schools).

MAR 2013 : Preparing presentations about the educational systems, school organizing and curriculums within the frame of the Human rights. We will prepare short films on a DVD with a local legend or a myth or a lullaby, showing by photos the traditional costumes from each country (all the schools).

 

 

 

 

 

ARP 2013 : Results - Evaluation – report of the 3rd meeting (all the schools).

MAY 2013 : We will prepare short films on a DVD telling about the daily life of a pupil (all the schools). We will choose 100 words in English, which are common in our each mother tongue (all the schools). All the above works are prepared in the frame of Human rights, dictionary, mother tongue.

JUN 2013 : Results - Evaluation – report of the 4th meeting (all the schools). Production DVD, presentations, exhibitions, photos, texts (all the schools).

JUL 2013 : 1st year project report (all the schools).

2nd year

 

 

 

 

SEP 2013 : Preparing on a DVD classroom games, songs and dances within the frame of Historical memories. We will form a questionnaire with similarities and differences to compare and contrast the knowledge to help the pupils learning how to learn. 

OCT 2013 We will work on the previous workshop about the common dictionary (daily words and phrases) and we will try to compare and contrast them. We will prepare on a DVD classroom games, songs and dances (all the schools). All the above works are prepared for the fifth meting within the frame of historical memory, mother tongue and English language.

NOV 2013 : We will try to learn the mentioned games, songs and dances (all the schools). We will create a questionnaire with similarities and differences to compare the knowledge to help the pupils learning how to learn. 

 

DEC 2013 : The pupils will communicate online and will prepare Christmas cards and other hand made postcards telling about New Year and National fests.

'JAN 2014 : We will work on the previous workshop about the classroom games, songs and dances and we will develop it to present on a DVD traditional national games and popular folklore songs within the frame of the Historical memories (all the schools).

FEB 2014 : We will create a questionnaire with similarities and differences to compare and contrast the knowledge to help the pupils learning how to learn. 

 

 

 

 

 

MAR 2014 : We will try to write riddles and proverbs about food, plans, fruit and with traditional meals, and we will make a photo album .in the frame of the geography, national identity, We will create leaflets and booklets (all the schools).

ARP 2014 : We will prepare a recipe with a whole traditional meal (power point and DVD presentation) in the frame of national identity, traditions, cultural heritage and small brochures (all the schools).

MAY 2014 : We will create a comenius corner with maps, photos and products (all the schools). We will prepare the final report (all the schools).

 

JUN 2014 : Planning to finish to project. .  On-line pupils communication. Preparing to present the work of the pupils (all the schools).

JUL 2014 : We will send the final report to our National Agencies and will inform the European Shared Treasure.
